Develops and coordinates programs aimed at enhancing members' skills, knowledge, and career advancement opportunities. 

Focuses on recruitment strategies, member retention, and ensuring the satisfaction of current members. They may also handle onboarding processes for new members. 

Manages the group's communication channels, including social media, newsletters, website updates, and email campaigns to keep members informed about upcoming events and opportunities. 

They are also responsible for planning and organizing monthly networking events, workshops, seminars, and social gatherings for members. 

Engages with the community through volunteer activities, charity events, and partnerships with other organizations to give back and foster goodwill. 

In charge of organizing GFIC annual fundraising scavenger hunt and gala events.

In charge of all mentorship applications, mentorship matchup, pitch applications and helps to provide resources, tools, and guidance to help members navigate The GFIC network. 

Identifies and recruits prospective board members, committee members, and provides orientation and training to ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards for the governing board and committee chairs.

Secures sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations with businesses, organizations, and industry leaders to support the group's activities and enhance member benefits. 

Develops and implements initiatives focused on corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and ethical practices within the professional community, including organizing environmentally friendly events and promoting sustainable business practices.

This committee works closely with The Board of Directors. They help develop the annual community projects, impact initiatives, operational programs and services aligned with The GFIC mission, as well as evaluates existing programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of the community effectively. 

Provides oversight to the entire GFIC strategy, program budget, grant allocations, fundraising and management for GFIC goals, operations and implementation.
